The weight data can be output through the serial port, and when necessary, it can be printed by a printer, sent to a large-screen display or sent to a host computer.
2. Working principle of direct-view crane scale

Before using the electronic crane scale, the corresponding battery should be put into the scale body and the hand-held device. When installing or replacing the battery, it is necessary to tighten the battery clamp locking screw, check whether the battery clamp is firmly fixed on the scale body, and then close the crane scale door. Close and lock to prevent accidents.
Avoid severe vibration and collision of the electronic crane scale. There are many electronic components inside the electronic crane scale, such as integrated circuits, quartz crystals, sensors, displays, etc. When this kind of weighing electronic scale is subjected to severe collisions, these components may be damaged, causing electronic scale failure, affecting accuracy and even affecting normal use. To prevent the scale body from colliding with other items or falling from a high altitude, the instrument should be handled with care and not placed randomly to prevent unnecessary losses. When the instrument is fixed on a crane for use, vibration reduction measures should be taken to avoid affecting reliability.
Do not disassemble the parts on the electronic crane scale at will. Do not open the sealing port on the sensor, disassemble the integrated circuit and other components on the instrument. Necessary maintenance must be carried out under the guidance of relevant technical personnel or with certain maintenance knowledge to prevent the failure from expanding.
The shell of the electronic crane scale designed by the digital scale manufacturer is made of ABS engineering plastics. When cleaning, please use a soft cloth with water or detergent to wipe it. It is strictly forbidden to use benzene, nitro solvents, caustic soda liquid and other corrosive substances for cleaning.
